SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two forms of shipping.

Standard

Takes 2 days to process order and 5 - 7 business days to ship. We do not process orders during the weekend.

Express Shipping

Takes 2 days to process order and 2-5 business days to ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any order placed with Pretty Girl Hair is eligible for store credit only within10 days the delivery date. As long as the order remains in its original condition.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund other than store credit.
